Polished Nickel Backplate 1 1/8” for Cabinet Knobs in Polished Nickel Only. This square shaped decorative backplate with polished nickel finish installs behind the cabinet knob. This backplate can be used to cover existing holes or simply add an elegant accent to your cabinets or furniture.

Description:
Matching polished nickel knobs available in our shop. Since polished nickel is a very forgiving finish in terms of matching, most polished nickel knobs can be used with this knob (as long as the knob base is less than 1" wide).

How to measure cabinet hardware?

To measure cabinet hardware like handles or pulls, you mainly need to know the center-to-center (C-C) measurement—the distance between the centers of the two screw holes. Here’s a quick guide:

For Pulls (Handles):
Measure from the center of one screw hole to the center of the other. This is usually given in millimeters or inches (e.g., 96 mm or 3-3/4").

Tip: Don’t measure the total length unless specified—it’s not the same as the center-to-center distance.

For Knobs:
No measuring is needed for hole spacing—just check the knob’s diameter and projection (how far it sticks out from the cabinet).
