To avoid costly mistakes, we recommend that clients wishing to place a large order first order a sample/single item to ensure that you are satisfied with the finish and other characteristics of the product. This is important because it can be difficult to show the exact color of the item on a computer screen.
If you were to change your mind about an item you have received (perhaps you no longer need it) you may return the item (in sealed condition) within ten (10) days from the time of delivery. You must contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return authorization. We will respond with instructions with respect to the return. Your refund will be issued within 5 business days from the day the return is received by our office.
Please understand that we are unable to re-sell opened items. If you received your item in a re-sealable package you do not have to worry about this issue. Packages that were shipped sealed and were opened by the buyer are not returnable.
The buyer will pay return shipping and there will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns. In addition, the original cost of shipping the item will not be refundable (unless the item has not been shipped when the order is cancelled).
Please note that we ask that returns be postmarked within (10) ten days from the day of delivery.
In the unlikely event you receive an item that has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at email@example.com with a description and, if possible, a photo of the issue.
