To avoid costly mistakes, we recommend that clients wishing to place a large order first order a sample/single item to ensure that you are satisfied with the finish and other characteristics of the product. This is important because it can be difficult to show the exact color of the item on a computer screen.
If you were to change your mind about an item you have received (perhaps you no longer need it) you may return the item (in sealed condition) within ten (10) days.
Please understand that we are unable to re-sell opened items. If you received your item in a re-sealable package you do not have to worry about this issue. Packages that were shipped sealed and were opened by the buyer are not returnable.
The buyer will pay return shipping and there will be a 15% restocking fee for all returns or cancellations. In addition, the original cost of shipping the item will not be refundable (unless the item has not been shipped when the order is cancelled).
Please note that we ask that returns be postmarked within (10) seven days from the day of delivery.
