Shipping policy
At Forge Hardware Studio, we understand that exceptional design deserves exceptional service. Below you will find detailed information regarding how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
Order Processing
Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. When your order ships, tracking information will be sent directly to your inbox.
Custom, specialty, or made-to-order items may require additional lead times.
Domestic Shipping (United States)
We proudly ship nationwide.
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: Available upon request
Domestic orders over $150 ship for free.
International Shipping
We ship internationally to many destinations. Delivery times and shipping rates vary by location.
Please note:
- Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees.
- International transit times may be affected by customs processing.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.
Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Forge Hardware Studio is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Carrier service disruptions
- Weather conditions
- Customs processing
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
If you experience a delay, please contact our team and we will gladly assist in resolving the issue.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged in any way or you notice any discrepancies with your order or package, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can promptly assist you.
For lost packages marked as delivered, we recommend first checking with neighbors or your local carrier. If the issue remains unresolved, contact us and we will help initiate a claim.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. Forge Hardware Studio is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
