How to measure cabinet hardware?

To measure cabinet hardware like handles or pulls, you mainly need to know the center-to-center (C-C) measurement—the distance between the centers of the two screw holes. Here’s a quick guide:

For Pulls (Handles):
Measure from the center of one screw hole to the center of the other. This is usually given in millimeters or inches (e.g., 96 mm or 3-3/4").

Tip: Don’t measure the total length unless specified—it’s not the same as the center-to-center distance.

For Knobs:
No measuring is needed for hole spacing—just check the knob’s diameter and projection (how far it sticks out from the cabinet).

More beautiful than expected and of very high quality. [****]

Very happy with these

I did the Capri round knobs and 3” pulls. I’m really happy with the quality. The 3” is definitely enough to get your fingers in comfortably, but if money wasn’t a consideration I’d go bigger.

Gorgeous hardware

We are so happy with our hardware upgrade. The aged brass is heavy and the right kind of gold that looks vintage and not shiny. It gave our greige cabinets the pop they needed.

I was looking for a DeVol quality kitchen knob and pull with all of the character in a well loved kitchen without any of the functional defects of a 100 year old piece. Beautiful and sturdy was required in this high traffic area. Forge delivered!

Pictures don’t do it justice. These are gorgeous, made in Italy, stunning antique brass. They are rich, sturdy, and warm. I mixed metals throughout our kitchen and they all work so well. 5 stars

Love how they look, will have to see how they wesr

I like the vintage, rustic look of these (you can the the line of mold in them; they’re less than perfect and polished). The finish was just what I was after, but they are zinc that’s been plated with something, so not sure how they will stand up to the test of time.

nice finish

Well made (Italy), sturdy, and lovely 'antique' finish. Look great on burl looking light golden tan laminate cabinets in our sunroom. Ordered both round knobs and handles. They work well with the other brass finishes in the room.
