The American Designer Matte Black T-Bar Cabinet Hardware combines a bold finish with a sculpted profile that gives this collection more character than a conventional straight bar pull. Each knob and pull features a gently contoured face, crisp squared ends, and tapered pedestal supports with flared bases. The matte black finish emphasizes the silhouette while creating a clean contrast against white, cream, natural wood, and richly colored cabinetry.

Coordinating T-bar cabinet knobs and drawer pulls make it easy to create a consistent hardware scheme throughout kitchens, bathroom vanities, built-ins, and furniture. Use the compact T-knobs on cabinet doors and smaller drawers, then introduce the elongated matte black cabinet pulls across wider drawers and larger doors. Part of the American Designer Collection, the sculptural shape works particularly well with Shaker, slab-front, contemporary, and transitional cabinetry where understated black hardware still needs a distinctive architectural detail.

How to measure cabinet hardware?

To measure cabinet hardware like handles or pulls, you mainly need to know the center-to-center (C-C) measurement—the distance between the centers of the two screw holes. Here’s a quick guide:

For Pulls (Handles):
Measure from the center of one screw hole to the center of the other. This is usually given in millimeters or inches (e.g., 96 mm or 3-3/4").

Tip: Don’t measure the total length unless specified—it’s not the same as the center-to-center distance.

For Knobs:
No measuring is needed for hole spacing—just check the knob’s diameter and projection (how far it sticks out from the cabinet).
